It helps the engine read you correctly when it fetches you: Organization schema ties your name to a legal entity, Product or Service schema declares what you sell and to whom, FAQ schema gives it the sentence to quote. It does not get you named for questions where your site is not fetched. Four of the report's thirteen checks read it.
Which blocks matter
Organization with legalName, contactPoint and sameAs to your profiles, so a generic-sounding name is not merged with someone else's. Product or Service, one per thing you sell, with the audience. FAQPage with your buyers' questions answered in a sentence each. For a store, Product with Offer on every product page; for a local business, the LocalBusiness subtype with address and hours.
What to skip
HowTo, retired by Google in 2023. FAQ rich results were retired in 2026 for search, but the block is still what engines quote, so keep it for that reason and not for a rich result. Anything decorative. The schema checker on this site shows what an engine learns from your page's JSON-LD.
