What can be bought is presence on the pages the engines read: a review platform's listing, a directory, a sponsored comparison, and the engines read those the same as any other page.
What is worth paying for
A review platform profile, since the engines quote review counts. A trade directory listing where the report shows the directory is cited for your questions. Nothing else on a page you do not control, unless the report says that page was cited.
What is not
