What changes when the buyer is in the UAE
A UAE question names the emirate, not the country: 'best X in Dubai', 'in Abu Dhabi'. Language
Answers are in the language of the question, and most buyer questions in the UAE are in English. Arabic questions are answered from Arabic pages, which are fewer, so an Arabic version of the key pages wins Arabic questions with little competition. The engines read both without being told.

How the report runs for the UAE
Every question is asked with the market set to the United Arab Emirates, so an engine that would otherwise assume the United States answers for the UAE. The questions themselves are written with the country's cities and qualifiers where the site sells to one ('best accountant in Dubai'), and the competitor discovery probe is asked for the UAE too, so the rivals in the table are the ones a buyer in the UAE is shown, not the global names.
